ISO CERTIFICATION

PRESTIGE is an ISO 14001 certified brand.  This international environmental standard is testimony to the commitment to preserve marine biodiversity. Additionally, PRESTIGE is ISO 9001 certified, an international quality standard certifying the production procedures of the yachts.  Each new PRESTIGE yacht undergoes thorough testing throughout construction, followed by additional tank tests, during which all systems are finely tuned.

MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

PRESTIGE has chosen injection molding to manufacture the fiberglass for its yachts, which traps solvents and prevents the release of volatile organic compounds into the air.  Additionally, PRESTIGE uses clean technology in varnishing, with a very low level of solvents (just 4%, from 60% previously) and curing by UV lamps.  Finally, the brand is committed to selecting materials with a low impact on the environment, such as FCS wood, sourced from responsibly managed forests, fair-trade cotton, and organic materials.

RESPONSIBLE PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS

The design and production of PRESTIGE model lines are carried out in collaboration with partners and suppliers selected for their commitment  to an eco responsible attitude. Preference is given to environmentally aware partners, using natural and recycled materials, and manufacturing products with sustainable production cycles.  What’s more, PRESTIGE features an IPS propulsion system, which provides maximum power and ease of handling while reducing fuel consumption and exhaust emissions (30% less fuel and 40% more autonomy).

M-LINE: THE BENEFITS OF A GENTLE PACE

At lower speeds, the multihull motor yacht design concept demonstrates – on a wet surface area that is 20% less than that of a classic hull – lower fuel consumption than a motor yacht of the same proportions, while affording greater range and autonomy.
In addition to lower costs, carbon emissions are reduced, for more environmentally responsible cruising.
